Cyclone sand removal system
It is an advanced equipment used in cyclone grit chamber. The equipment has good sand setting and sand washing effect, and is widely used in the pre-treatment process of urban hotels, factories, mines, enterprises and institutions and urban large, medium and small sewage treatment projects.
The decontamination machine of Cyclone sand removal system is composed of impeller, rotating shaft, motor, reducer and sand lifting system (pump lifting or air lifting). Due to the spiral movement of the sewage in the tank when the impeller rotates, and the swirling flow generated by the tangential entry of the sewage and the impeller, the sewage in the tank forms a vortex flow state. Under the conditions of appropriate blade pulp inclination and linear velocity, the sand particles in the sewage will be washed and still maintain a strong sand setting effect, while the organic substances originally attached to the sand particles and substances with small weight flow out of the swirling tank with the sewage. In addition, due to the rotation of the impeller, the sensitivity of the cyclone tank to the change of flow pattern caused by the change of water inflow is reduced, so the effect of the grit chamber is stable and the organic composition of sand production is low.

There is a sand storage bucket in the center of the tank bottom, and a desander is set in the tank. The desander is composed of driving device, mixer and sand suction system, which is matched with the subsequent sand water separator to form a complete set of sand removal treatment equipment. After passing through the flat and straight inlet channel, the inlet turbulence is reduced to low, and the end of the inlet channel is a slope that can produce wall attachment effect, Part of the sand settled in the channel can enter the grit chamber along the slope. A baffle plate (only installed in the small pool) is set at the water inlet to bend the water flowing out of the plate down to the bottom plate of the selected area. The axial-flow mixer brings the water flow to the center of the tank and then upward to form a vortex water flow. The heavier sand particles fall into the sand collecting area at an annular orifice near the center of the tank. The sand entering the sand bucket can be sucked by air or discharged by pump, while the lighter organic matter separates the organic matter from the sand particles due to the shear effect of the mixer on water, and is finally led to the outlet channel with the axial water body.
